We received our Speed Queen washer on September 14 and were so impressed with the delivery and installation that we wanted to let you know! Mel and Graham were not only very professional and businesslike, but they were also so personable and helpful that we were put quite at ease from the very start. I made a mistake when ordering the dryer, but they took charge correcting the order and made sure I will receive the proper appliance. I hope they will be in charge of delivering the dryer when it arrives!
We were fascinated with the 2-man sling they used to haul the washers! It’s the first time we didn’t have to worry about our floors when receiving a large delivery.
We will definitely recommend Swift Appliance to our friends and neighbors, and when we need other appliances, you will be our go-to store!

Last November we came to your store to get new appliances for our kitchen. Richie was terrific, helping us chose GE Profile Black Stainless appliances. We were so excited. It took almost a year for the dishwasher to finally come in and yesterday everything was delivered and installed. I want to commend Richie and your installers-Eric and Que. They did a wonderful job! They were careful, neat and tidy. They explained how things work and took their time. I was impressed with their professionalism and knowledge.

Our recent purchase of a dishwasher was our second experience with Swift Appliance and we continue to be delighted with the service we receive. My husband spoke on the phone with Kaytlin and she was most helpful in selecting a dishwasher to best meet our needs. She scheduled delivery for the next day and provided the paperwork to us by email. Our delivery and installation were handled promptly and professionally. The installer was efficient (the old dishwasher was removed and the new one installed in a short time), neat (no mess to clean up when he was finished installing the dishwasher), and informative (he showed us the key features of the dishwasher and even loaded the rinse aid for us). The next time we purchase any appliance, we will definitely call Swift Appliance.
